Floating cranes

Floating cranes are intended for surface ships, submarines and vessels loading. They are used for hazardous and common cargoes handling and mooring equipment assembling/dismantling as well.

Specifications of crane topside facilities:

750 t – maximum lifting capacity of main hoist

50 m - maximum span of main hoist

250 t – maximum lifting capacity of auxiliary hoist

Jib cranes “Poseidon” are mounted on non-self-propelled and self-propelled pontoons intended for port, estuary and coastal traffic.

Floating crane’s construction design provides independent working motions in any combination. It also allows cargo handling close to level line while derricking.

When operating in an emergency mode all crane’s devices can be actuated independently without combination of working motions.
